Join us August 31st or September 1st for free workshops on land tax strategies
Tax Credit Connection, Inc. and Asset Preservation, Inc. are hosting two educational workshops on the New Mexico Land Conservation Tax Credits and 1031 Deferred Exchanges, free and open to the public. Landowners and their professional representatives will learn how 1031 exchanges work, how conservation easements create tax credits that can be turned into cash, and how both strategies will leave more money in the pockets of landowners and buyers of tax credits.
